My Dad

We were learning about How we can do our dad slide.
I found it easy to To write down facts about my dad.
I found it hard to Get a photo of me and dad so I got one off the web.
I really enjoyed How I could actually created my dad slide.
My top tip from doing this work On how I can use more words that express dad.
Next time I need to Do more words that describe him.

New Zealand Hero/Royd Kennedy

I learnt that he saved a girl and she was a 12 year old girl
And she got stuck underneath a fuel tanker and that he was a firefighter
And he also risked life for that girl.

My name is Aria I am from Whatatutu. My mum works at a Kohanga and my dad works with the grapes by the Kaitiratahi Bridge not far from Ormond. I also have a brother.
I am looking forward to this year because this is my last year at Ormond School. Next year I'll be going to intermediate. My personal achievements are finishing my work and thinking about where I've I have to be sitting. I persevere and I don't give up and I am looking forward to School camp. I am good at writing and reading. I am also good at shooting the ball into the hoop and math.
